Ice Cream Donuts
These vanilla cakes are STUFFED!
Last summer brought on a slew of new food and dessert trends, one of my favourites being the ice cream filled donuts that originated in L.A. With Donut Day right around the corner, these giant versions are the perfect way to celebrate!
These giant filled treats started with 18lbs of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake with the centres scooped out to make room for decadently flavoured buttercreams: raspberry, blueberry, and of course my favourite mint chocolate! Covered in ivory fondant and topped off with a maple syrup glaze these cakes are ready for you to take a giant bite!
