30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love everything you purchase from How To Cake It. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return/exchange it within 30 days of original receipt for a full refund.
All merchandise must be returned in new condition, in original packaging and unwashed/unused to be eligible for a full refund. Returns not meeting these criteria will either be denied or subject to a partial refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your order number & reason for return/exchange.
Please note that How To Cake It does not cover shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.
Upon receiving your returned merchandise at our warehouse, a refund in the amount of the purchase (minus shipping) will be initiated immediately. Please allow for the transaction to be fully processed within 10 – 15 business days. This refund will be issued to the method of payment that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards.
We will gladly exchange your item when possible, however exchanges are limited to the stock that we have on hand as many of the items that we produce are limited edition runs. It’s always best to check our size guides before ordering apparel.
For all cake tees & apparel, we ask that you read the product description and size guide to choose the perfect size and color before ordering. As we produce limited edition tees, exchanging the size of a particular tee or sweater may not be possible, in which case a refund (less shipping charges) will be offered.
Subscriptions (Cake Tee Club, Sprinkle Service & Deluxe Sprinkle Service + Cake Tee Club Membership) are not eligible for returns/exchange.
Livestreams / Digital Downloads
All livestreams such as Camp Cake and digital downloads such as ebooks are final sale and are not eligible for refund/exchange.

How do I return my order?
We’re so sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your order! To initiate the return process, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll provide you with all the details you need to get your items returned and refunded. For all returns, we recommend sending your return with a mainstream postal courier and obtaining a tracking number as it makes it easier for you to see your shipment status. How To Cake It is not responsible for lost return shipments.

How do I exchange my order?
If you happened to order the wrong size of cakewear we recommend ordering the correct size and then returning the original to avoid your desired size going out of stock. To initiate this process please email email@example.com.
