    Fizzing Whizbees

     

    This recipe was part of my Harry Potter Butterbeer Cake! Honeydukes can be hard to get to, so I'm bringing this Harry Potter experience into your kitchen.

    • Light Cocoa Candy Melts
    • Pop Rocks

    Disposable Piping Bag
    Bumble Bee Chocolate Mold
    Lollipop Sticks

    Melt Candy Melts

    Melt the candy melts in the microwave for 20 second increments, stirring in between.


    Fill Molds

    Fill the piping bag with chocolate. Pipe a layer into the bee mold.


    Add Lollipop Sticks

    Place a lollipop stick in the mold, and sprinkle pop rocks onto the chocolate.


    Pipe More Chocolate

    Pipe the mold to the brim with more chocolate.


    Set Mold

    Tap the mold onto the counter to remove any air bubbles. Let set at room temperature until completely hard and pop them out of the mold.
