Throw On Some Confetti!
Once your cakes are stacked, it’s time for the confetti (quins)! I used regular confetti quins on the first two cakes, and star confetti quins on the third. Brush a layer of clear piping gel all over the surface of your cakes and press your confetti quins firmly into the sides and tops of the cake until they are completely covered.
Note: Make sure to do this over a big cake pan or cookie sheet to collect the dropped sprinkles and eliminate the mess!
