Christmas Cracker Going out with a BANG
Can you believe that this is my LAST new cake of 2020? It feels like just yesterday that I was making my Champagne cake for NYE 2020! So clearly, I had to go out with a bang… literally!
This Christmas Cracker is full of surprises! I made the entire cake out of my Ultimate Chocolate Cake stacked up and iced with a rich Italian Meringue Buttercream. But this wouldn’t be a true Christmas cracker without a super secret chamber! This entire cake is filled with How To Cake It exclusive sprinkles AND chicken bones… aka cinnamon flavored pink candy with chocolate centres… (ya, I don’t know where the name came from either!!). I wrapped the cake in a bright pink fondant then decorated it with fun fondant stripes and shapes and added on gold little gumpaste bells!
