    Yo's basic recipes - in grams!

    Something I get asked all the time is what my recipe measurements are in grams. So here by popular demand, are conversions for all of my basic recipes! Happy baking :)

      Recipe yields 3 lbs.

      • 375g Flour
      • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
      • 1/2 tsp Salt

      • 240mL Milk
    • Chocolate Cake

      • 2 tsp Baking Powder
      • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
      • 1 tsp Salt
      • 110g Cocoa Powder
      • 480mL Water
      • 227g Butter
      • 500g Sugar
      • 4 Eggs
    • Pink Velvet Cake

      • 2 tsp Salt
      • 227g Butter
      • 73g Vegetable Oil
      • 600g Sugar
      • 1/2 tbsp Vanilla
      • 1 tbsp Rose Color
      • 1/2 tsp Red Color
