- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons Smooth Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cup Icing Sugar, sifted
- 2 Tablespoon Whipping Cream
Cream your butter and peanut butter on low speed until well blended.
Add your icing sugar and mix until incorporated.
Turn the mixer up to medium high speed to beat out any lumps.
With the mixer on low again, pour in your cream.
Once again, turn your mixer to medium high speed for 1 minute to finish off the frosting.
