  • ¾ cup of dairy-free butter
  • ¼ cup dairy-free cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of good quality vanilla extract
  • 4 cups of icing sugar

  • In a bowl/stand mixer, cream the dairy-free butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy, then add in the vanilla extract and icing sugar in stages until fully combined.

  • If the frosting is too runny, add more icing sugar until it's a nice and creamy consistency.
