With Maple Caramel Gravy & White Chocolate Cheese Curds!
Im caking a Canadian cuisine classic - poutine! Other countries might think were weird, but that greasy, melty combo of fries, gravy, and cheese curds is divine! And they have to be the squeaky fresh cheese curds. The squeakier, the better. I'm making a Poutine Cake with a chocolate cake base, white modelling chocolate cheese, sugar cookie french fries, and a maple caramel gravy. If poutine is our national dish, then I nominate Poutine Cake as our national dessert!
