  • ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 
  • 2 tsp lemon zest (5 lemons)
  • 4 eggs + 1 yolk 
  • 1 ¾ sugar 
  • ⅔ cup flour

Watch It!

  • Mix all your crust ingredients together in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment or a food processor. Once you get a crumb like consistency, press it into a prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Sift your flour into a stand mixer then add sugar and the lemon zest.

  • Whisk your eggs then add them into the dry ingredients. Whip it up using the whip attachment then pour in lemon juice. Whip until completely incorporated.

  • Pour your mixture onto the baked crust then bake again for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
