Smooth, Sweet, and Chocolate-y
Chocolate Sauce
Place your chocolate, butter, and corn syrup in a heat proof bowl and microwave in 20 second increments, until the chocolate has melted. Make sure to stir in between each increment!
Combine thoroughly and let it cool to room temperature.
Use a rubber spatula to transfer your chocolate sauce into a squeeze bottle and use as a drip on cakes or sauce on ice cream!
