How do I apply a discount to my order?
Woo, congrats on getting a discount code! You can apply this code at checkout inside the labeled box beside/below the credit card form. Please note that unless otherwise specified, discount codes do not apply to subscription products.
Can I apply multiple discount codes to my order?
Unfortunately our checkout only allows for one discount code per order, so make sure you’re using the code that will save you the most $$$!

How can I adjust or change my order?
Once an order is placed we are unfortunately unable to make any changes as it’s already with our warehouse. If you receive your items and still want to return/exchange them please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you out!
How do I cancel my order?
We’re so sorry to hear you’d like to cancel your order! Unfortunately as soon as an order is placed it’s already with our warehouse and we are unable to cancel it. Once you receive your shipment you can email email@example.com to initiate a return process.
What currency will my order be processed in?
All of the prices on our website are displayed in USD, and your order will be processed in USD. When placing your order please take into account the exchange rate, and any fees associated from your bank as we are not in control of these.
