HOW CAN I ADJUST OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed we are unfortunately unable to make any changes as it’s already with our warehouse. If you receive your items and still want to return/exchange them please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you out!
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We’re so sorry to hear you’d like to cancel your order! Unfortunately as soon as an order is placed it’s already with our warehouse and we are unable to cancel it. Once you receive your shipment you can email email@example.com to initiate a return process.
WHAT CURRENCY WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED IN?
All of the prices on our website are displayed in USD, and your order will be processed in USD. When placing your order please take into account the exchange rate, and any fees associated from your bank as we are not in control of these.
IS YOUR CHECKOUT SECURE, AND IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE?
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers, during your online transactions. How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday within 24 hours of placement. Once an order ships, length of shipping time depends on your location as follows:
U.S.A & Canada: 3-5 days
Remote U.S.A. & Canada: 4-10 days
United Kingdom: 4-8 days
Australia: 4-10 days
Rest of World: 4-10 days
Please note: once an order has arrived at the shipping facility, we can not control any delays in your package making its way to you.
How will I know when my order will arrive?
Thanks so much for ordering from How To Cake It! Once your order ships you’ll be emailed a tracking number so you can get your oven preheated to cake up a storm!
What shipping method do you use?
Depending on where you’re located your order may arrive via FedEx, DHL, or your local postal service. All orders currently ship from our fulfillment warehouse in Wisconsin.
Will I have to pay duties & taxes on my order?
Please note that orders outside of the USA are subject to additional duties and taxes upon delivery. Unfortunately here at How To Cake It, we are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties charged on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a coupon on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price and we are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any item(s).
My tracking number says my order was delivered, but I never received it. What now?
We are so sorry that this has happened! Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get everything sorted out so you can have a sweet day!
Help! My order was damaged when I received it
Oh no! We always do our best to protect those sweet products as much as possible but sometimes the ride gets a little bumpy. Please send a picture of your damaged item to email@example.com so we can sort it out and make sure you can get back to baking right away!
What are your holiday shipping cutoffs?
We love that we get to be a part of some sweet holiday surprises. To make sure your order arrives before December 24th, we recommend that you place your order by the following dates:
USA - December 15th
Canada - December 12th
UK - December 10th
Rest of Europe - December 7th
Australia - November 28th
Rest of World - November 28th
How do I return my order?
We’re so sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your order! To initiate the return process, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll provide you with all the details you need to get your items returned and refunded. For all returns, we recommend sending your return with a mainstream postal courier and obtaining a tracking number as it makes it easier for you to see your shipment status. How To Cake It is not responsible for lost return shipments.
When will I get my refund?
Upon receiving your returned merchandise at our warehouse, a refund in the amount of the purchase (minus shipping) will be initiated immediately. Please allow for the transaction to be fully processed within 10 – 15 business days. This refund will only be issued to the method of payment that was used to make the original purchase. Keep in mind that we cannot refund different accounts or credit cards.
How do I exchange my order?
If you happened to order the wrong size of cakewear we recommend ordering the correct size and then returning the original to avoid your desired size going out of stock. To initiate this process please email email@example.com.
HOW LONG WILL MY MEMBERSHIP LAST?
Your membership does not expire and will last as long as you are enrolled in the subscription. As long as you do not cancel, we will send you a new membership shipment with exclusive items every month!
HOW OFTEN WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPMENT?
Our subscriptions get sent out every single month, on the day that you enrolled. Depending on which membership you chose that means every month you’ll be getting exclusive cakewear, custom sprinkle medleys, and free gifts you won’t find anywhere else!
CAN I PREPAY FOR A WHOLE YEAR OF A SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer the option to prepay for our subscription services, but as we continue to grow this is something we may offer! If you would like to gift a subscription to someone (which is SO FUN!) you can simply enter their address as the shipping address, and leave your info in the billing section.
WHEN AND HOW OFTEN AM I BILLED?
Subscription orders are billed automatically on the same day of every month. As a result, you are billed one time per month and your subscription order is placed on the same day. Recurring orders are billed using the original method of payment or nominated credit card associated with your account. Don’t forget to please make sure to update your payment information if you choose to use a new card or method of payment so you don’t miss out on the new month!
CAN I CHANGE THE DAY I’M BILLED ON?
Not a problem! You can make any adjustments you like to your subscription service simply by logging into your account on howtocakeit.com, and changing the billing date associated with your account. If you need more help don’t hesitate to reach out to us firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?
Yes, you can change your method of payment for your subscription at any time! It’s an easy process and to do this, simply log in to your account and update your credit card information in the billing section. If you need any help just send an email to email@example.com
CAN I SWITCH THE TYPE OF SUBSCRIPTION I RECEIVE?
Absolutely! Don’t forget, Deluxe Members always get more ;). You can make any adjustments to your subscription by simply logging into your account at howtocakeit.com, and clicking “switch” next to your subscription product type.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
We’re sorry to see you go! You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at howtocakeit.com and clicking cancel next to your subscription product. If your membership was canceled after your recurring order was processed, you will still be billed and that order will still be shipped. Unfortunately, this order cannot be refunded. However, you will not receive future orders.
HOW CAN I ORDER MORE SPRINKLES?
We’re so happy that you love our blends as much as we do! We’re currently working on increasing the quantity of sprinkles that you receive - especially for you pro bakers out there! We occasionally have sprinkle sales where you can get more of your fave blends for less so stay tuned!
