Botany meets buttercream in this 2-hour masterclass. 🧁🌼
Cake artist Liz Shim will teach you how to pipe buttercream roses on nails and transfer them onto cakes. You’ll learn how to create realistic buttercream colors and practice piping roses in different stages of bloom. This class is perfect if you’re looking to refine your piping skills, understand the anatomy of roses and take your floral designs to the next level.

What ingredients do I need to participate?
You’ll need classic cupcake and buttercream ingredients (butter, sugar, flour, etc.) and gel food coloring. Please come to the livestream with your cupcakes already baked, and buttercream already made so you’re ready to start decorating! You will also receive detailed instructions after you register.
What buttercream will we use?
Liz will be using Swiss meringue buttercream, but you’re free to use whichever buttercream you prefer!
What equipment do I need to participate?
Along with an Internet connection you’ll need piping tips, piping bags, and a flower nail
Will I be able to ask questions during the tutorial?
Absolutely! Ask all your burning buttercream flower questions and Liz will answer!
I'm a beginner baker, can I still participate?
Absolutely! This live tutorial is appropriate for all levels. Liz will guide you every step of the way. :)
