When is the live tutorial? Path Close
The live tutorial is happening Thursday, October 6th at 6pm EST. Don't worry if you can't join live though, the recording will be saved to the group FOREVER so you can watch and re-watch whenever you like!
How long is the live tutorial? Path Close
The live tutorial will run for approximately 2 hours! We say approximately because sometimes baking and decorating can be unpredictable so class may run a little late, but we always do our best to stick to the allotted time :)
Any experience needed to join this class? Is it a beginner, intermediate, or advanced class? Path Close
This class is best suited to beginner bakers, but we welcome any skill level to join! Jyoti will guide you through the process step-by-step.
Do I need to prepare anything in advance of class? Path Close
Yes! Some elements need to be made prior to class to chill or set up, in order for you to bake-along. All the recipes and instructions will be included, as well as preparation videos as needed.
Where is this live tutorial being held? Path Close
On Facebook! Once you purchase the class you'll be provided with a link and password to join the private Facebook group where you'll find your workbook, prep videos, and have access to your teacher to ask any questions you may have. Not to mention a community of people who are just as passionate as you are!
What ingredients will I need to participate? Path Close
You’ll need classic baking ingredients (butter, sugar, flour, eggs, etc.). You'll receive a full list of all the ingredients you need, along with a shopping list after signing up!
What equipment do I need to participate? Path Close
Along with an Internet connection you’ll need a stand mixer, madeleine pan, and piping bags. You'll receive a full list of all the tools you need, along with a hyperlinked shopping list after signing up!
Will I be able to ask questions during the live tutorial? Path Close
Absolutely! Ask all your burning baking questions and Jyoti will answer! There will be a member of the How To Cake It team in the live chat to make sure your questions all get answered :) If something comes up after the class you'll also have access to your teacher in the private Facebook group to ask away!
