I might be Canadian, but that doesn’t mean I’m not SUPER thankful for all of my American YoYo’s, and I can’t help but want to celebrate with you all! Over the last few years around this time I’ve focused on the main course- this year, it’s time for DESSERT!
This pie starts with CAKE! 15lbs of my Pumpkin Spice Cake to be exact! Stacked up with sweet Italian Meringue Buttercream, I use a pretty unique method to keep my slice looking fresh. All wrapped up in a fondant crust, and topped with a luscious “whipped cream” dollop, this cake is definitely something to be thankful for.
