This cake was so fun to make and eat! It cut beautifully and kept very well at room temperature for several days. I did make some changes to the Rice Krispie Treats:

- Added 4 tablespoons of extra Butter to the Rice Krispie Treats to ensure they were nice and soft for cutting.

- Added an extra 4 cups of Miniature Marshmallows to the Rice Krispie Treats AFTER the Rice Krispie Cereal was stirred in.

• Used a Luxardo Simple Syrup on the Funfetti Cake layers (0.5 cup Water + 0.5 cup Sugar + 2 tablespoons Luxardo)
• 6 lbs Yo’s Ultimate Vanilla Cake
• 2x Yo’s Rice Krispie Treats
• 2x Yo’s IMBC
