Low and Slow
Bake your meringues at a low temperature and slowly - and no opening the oven to peek!! This is the best way to ensure that your meringues don’t crack. We also recommend leaving your meringues in the oven with the door cracked while they cool (up to overnight) for an extra crunchy texture.
